For Melbourne Metropolitan areas delivery is generally received in 1-2 days. Your order will be dispatched by courier, Australia Post or the Dirty Dogs Delivery Van.  If you are not likely to be home when we deliver and you would like goods to be left in a safe place please make a note in the “Add Comments about Your Order” box on the website’s Delivery Information page during checkout.

For country Victoria and Interstate areas deliveries will generally take 3-7 business days.  We will email you with dispatch date.  Please place special delivery instructions in the “Add Comments about Your Order” box on the website’s Delivery Information page during checkout.

Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please first contact sales@dirtydogspetsupplies.com.au or call us on (03)9773 2717 and advise of the difficulty or issues with the products. Our team will assist you and should a return be necessary arrangements made.   Items may be returned for refund or exchange within 28 days of invoice date.   Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Products to be returned must be in their original packaging and must be returned within 28 days of invoice date. Please keep all packing slips and related materials in case of returns.
